BALTIC to open on Saturday 13th July

BALTIC's opening exhibition, B.OPEN, supported by Audi UK, will be a showcase for the Centre. It will feature the work of artists Chris Burden, Carsten Holler, Julian Opie, Jaume Plensa, Jane & Louise Wilson, Los Carpinteros, Alec Finlay, Eva Grubinger, Chad McCail and Tsuyoshi Osawa.

Running alongside will be a programme of film screenings, live art events as well as events round the theme of bread to reflect the building's origin as a flourmill.
