Plans for a £15m residential development in central Newcastle, has been announced on behalf of Metier Properties, by architect firm Ryder. If the proposal is given the green light, it will result in a total of 140 further apartments being built at St Anne's Yard overlooking the regenerated East Quayside. The historical features on the site have been retained and incorporated into the new scheme. Ryder's expanding portfolio of high-profile urban regeneration schemes includes the Millharbour project in the Millennium Quarter of London's Docklands where they plan to develop 276 apartments, penthouses and health and fitness facilities. |
